Quails Landing at Little River Plantation in Ashburn, Georgia provides a unique change of pace for special occasions. Mother nature herself provides spectacular seasonal backdrops for parties, luncheons, weddings, receptions, business meetings or family events.
If you’d like some activities along with your event, we have something for everyone. For nature lovers, there are guided ecological and agricultural tours, nature trails and haiking, bird watching (more than 50 species of bird reside here), and bike riding.
For the more adventurous, we recommend quail or trophy deer hunting, bass fishing ... or testing your skills with clay pigeons at our lighted shooting range ... or you can simply relax in a rocking chair, read and enjot the view.
• Overnight Guests
Just because you’re on a working plantation, don’t think you’ll be roughing it. You’ll find all the comforts of home at Quails Landing. The main guest house features three spacious bedrooms with a queen-sized bed in each; 3½ baths, a full kitchen, dining area, and living and recreation rooms.
An adjoining guest house offers three downstairs bedrooms with two queen-size beds in each and a separate private bedroom upstairs.

Business retreats and conferences will find we provide a full-service office with a copier, fax and internet access.
• All Decked Out
The deck at Quails Landing is huge, perhaps the largest in south Georgia. It is a natural setting for outdoor events and parties and can easily accomodate up to 200 people.
• Food For Thought
Meals in South Georgia as social occasions served up on tables groaning with game and regional delacacies. We will be delighted to have our chefs prepare full meals or buffets-style meals for your group.
A continential breakfast is served each morning.
